THE BID PACKAGE INCLUDES:
The entire Villa for your group of Five Couples or 10 people, along with the chef, maid, and service staff.
THE BID PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Ground or Air Transportation, Spa Services, Food and Drinks, Laundry, Gratuity, Golf, Deep Sea Fishing, and Personal Purchases.
Weeks are based upon availability at the time of request and MUST BE USED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE AUCTION. In the event Suenos should get overbooked for any given timeframe, bidders will be given a time frame outside of the one year restriction with out additional fees.
Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter weeks, if open, may be available to bidders with an upgrade fee payable directly to Suenos by the bidder. Upgrades for a time period beyond one (1) year, or for parties of more than 10 guests (families only), are available upon request for an additional fee payable directly to Suenos by the requesting bidder.
BIDS ABOVE $18,000: NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, & APRIL
BIDS $15,500 - $17,500: MAY, JUNE, & OCTOBER
BIDS $13,000 - $15,000: JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER
IRS FAIR MARKET VALUE: High Season-$18,000, Mid Season-$15,000, Low Season-$13,000
MINIMUM AWARD LEVEL: $12,000
